Jiangsu Baoze Macromolecule Materials Stock Co., Ltd.founded in 2005 with a registered capital of 45 million RMB, Jiangsu Baoze New Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. It is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D and production of new polymer materials for PU synthetic leather. The company covers a plant area of 58.3 mu (about 38,867 square meters) and has a total of 60 employees, among whom 18 are full-time professional and technical personnel engaged in product development and application research, accounting for 30% of the total workforce. This team provides core talent support for the enterprise's technological innovation and product iteration. Adhering to the business philosophy and corporate culture of "Sincerity, Honesty, Excellence, Perfection", we are deeply rooted in the field of new polymer materials for PU synthetic leather, driving the enterprise's development with technological R&D as the core.
To optimize the industrial layout in East China, we established Zhejiang Baoze New Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. as a core production base in 2017. It forges a synergetic development pattern of R&D and production with our headquarters in Taicang, Jiangsu, effectively enhancing the market supply capacity and delivery efficiency of our products. We have been committed to continuously providing high-quality new polymer materials for PU synthetic leather for industrial customers.
We have been and will keep putting unceasing efforts in technology innovation and product innovation, to find a new lever to underpin the economic development, put our eyes on quality and foster a well-known brand. Boasting a people-oriented talent policy, the company has gradually developed and rallied a group of high-caliber technical and comprehensive talents as well as a power team of technical innovation who masters core technologies and continuous innovation capability in PU high polymer materials. The team has successively developed waterborne polyurethane, waterborne PU foamex and many other products for synthetic leather to realize the high performance, low cost and environmental protection of PU high polymer materials and its products. Now more than 20 products of the company have been recognized as high-tech products in Jiangsu Province.
For years, the company has applied for More than 400 patents, including 109 patents for invention, 6 patents for utility models, and 356 design patents for leather materials, such as “ultra-black suede oily-wax polishing treatment agent for synthetic leather”, “spray powder burnished treatment agent for synthetic leather”, and “waterborne PU polishing treatment agent for synthetic leather”. Currently 48 patents have been effectively authorized, including 6 patents for utility models, and 22 patents have been commercialized, empowering the company to become one of the most fruitful companies among peers in East China.
We will strive to become a well-equipped, scientifically managed and efficiently operated industrial base for new special materials in the next 5 to 10 years. Efforts will be especially made to research and develop green products, thus enabling multi-directional development. While leading the industry in China, the company also aims to establish its significant presence in the global market. Meanwhile, the company will build an open technology service platform for the research of high polymer materials based on Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center, which will be turned into a technology research and development base, an outcome commercialization base, an innovation service base and a talent training base in the high polymer industry in Jiangsu.
