(III) Raised cloth impregnated with polyurethane base
1. Production process

The raised fabric is impregnated with polyurethane and then solidified in water. After being squeezed and ironed to be basically dry, a layer of polyurethane compound liquid is applied on the front and then solidified in water. The impregnated and coated base has a smooth surface, fine folds and a strong leather feel.
2. Main raw materials
The raw materials used in the impregnated coated base leather are basically the same as those used in the single impregnated and single coated base leather. In the impregnated coated base leather formula, the coating liquid formula is basically the same as the single coated base leather, but the viscosity of the impregnated liquid formula is lower than that of the single impregnated base leather formula. Since the liquid holding rate of the raised cloth after impregnation is very low in the impregnated coated base leather, it is not necessary to add defoaming agent and leveling agent, and S-80 is also unnecessary. Only C-70 is used to increase the exchange rate of water and DMF.
3. Key points and precautions for production process operation
The viscosity of the impregnation liquid of the impregnation coating base should be as low as possible, and the liquid retention rate of the raised cloth should be as low as possible. After pre-solidification, the base cloth should be fully ironed and dried, otherwise, after the coating liquid coating, bubbles or chicken claws are likely to be generated during the solidification process. The requirements of the impregnation coating base leather on the raised cloth are very strict. The hair on the back should be long, and the hair on the front should be shorter. The fabric structure is denser than that of the single impregnation cloth. The raised cloth must have good hydrophilicity. When the quality of the raised cloth is not good, bubbles and chicken claws will also be generated. The problems and solutions that are easy to occur in the production of impregnation coating base leather can be solved by referring to the methods of single coating base leather and impregnation base leather.
