Qualifications and qualifications that organizations and individuals should have when purchasing hazardous chemicals
In order to standardize the safety management of hazardous chemicals and in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals", the following requirements are now made for units and individuals purchasing hazardous chemicals sold by our company. All purchasing units and purchasers are requested to strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations.
(1) To purchase general hazardous chemicals, one must hold a "Hazardous Chemicals Safety Production Permit" issued by the production safety supervision and management department, or a "Hazardous Chemicals Business Permit" or "Hazardous Chemicals Safety Use Permit" issued by the production safety supervision and management department of the municipal people's government;
(ii) To purchase explosive and flammable hazardous chemicals, one must hold a "Dangerous Chemicals Safety Production Permit" issued by the production safety supervision and management department, or a "Civil Explosives Production Permit" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, or a "Dangerous Chemicals Business Permit" or "Dangerous Chemicals Safety Use Permit" issued by the production safety supervision and management department of the municipal people's government, and at the same time, go through the purchase procedures for explosive and flammable hazardous chemicals with the public security organ of the county-level people's government where the place is located;
(III) To purchase precursor hazardous chemicals, one must hold a Dangerous Chemicals Safety Production Permit issued by the production safety supervision and administration department, or a Dangerous Chemicals Business Permit or Dangerous Chemicals Safety Use Permit issued by the production safety supervision and administration department of the municipal people's government, and at the same time, go through the purchase procedures for precursor hazardous chemicals with the public security organ of the county-level people's government where the place is located;
(IV) They shall comply with laws, regulations and other provisions of relevant management departments.
